折叠式玻璃自动清洁器机械结构的设计及制作 摘 要 本论文是关于折叠式玻璃自动清洁器控制结构的设计、制作及装配调试。产品 设计目的是提供一种完全由室内操作，结构合理的清洗高层建筑中玻璃的擦玻璃 器。本论文在大量社会调研的基础上，相关专利文献档和已成型的高层户外玻璃自 动清洁器实型进行了比较和分析，提出一种新的设计思想。设计采用先进设计方法， 基于 Pro/E 软件，首先对所要设计的零件及整体结构进行三维实体建模，然后运用 Pro/E 的运用模拟功能，完成产品运动模拟与分析，最终在产品优化设计的原则下 最终确定结构尺寸及材料。本论文是首都高校机械创新设计大赛参赛题目，样机的 制作最为关键，在结构设计确定的基础上完成所有零部件的加工和产品装配调试。 本论文设计合理，产品具有较好实用性，产品制作价格低廉，轻便易用，是一种制 的推广的新型擦玻璃器。 关键词：高层擦玻璃器，装配调试，Pro/E ，加工制作 I 折叠式玻璃自动清洁器机械结构的设计及制作 Abstract This article mainly introduces the design and creation processes of a new type of glass wiping machine. Its purpose is to provide a fully operational indoor glass wiping machine, which can be used for higher live building glass cleaning. Based on the studying of reported papers, patent and other information from net, the different type of auto-cleaner and structure characters were compared, and then a new design project were suggested. The main design steps are as follows. Using software Pro/E, the whole structure models were created and according to the actual data the moving stations were analyzed, to make selection of model. At last, to fit the design request, the best model was chosen to paint CAD diagram. Under the principle of optimal design, determining the final size and structure of materials. This paper is the subject of mechanical innovative design contest of the Capital University, and the key is the production of the prototype, completing of all parts of the processing and debugging product assembly based on the determining of the structural design.
