在我们的日常生活中，电子产品已经成为不可或缺的应用品，它的用途被无限的扩大，甚至有的家长用电子产品来帮助他们照看孩子。这些电子产品不都全是不好的，事物都有两面性，只要你合理的去使用它将有益于孩子的健康发展。

很多的家长因为太忙没有时间照顾孩子时，许多人会给他们的孩子，笔记本电脑，手机，电视等电子设备，让孩子安静的玩上一段时间。让孩子使用电子设备不一定是坏事，但是如果时间太长以及所看的内容不好那就差别很大了。

当然看电视也不是一无是处,家长应该给孩子设定看电视时间，并且要选择高质量的电视节目。电视中绚丽的色彩会刺激孩子的视觉，良好的电视节目可以让孩子提高自身的审美和视觉的灵敏度。但是要记住，比起在电视面前更多的时间应该要让孩子多接触大自然。

让孩子接触自然光，接触绿色，接触真实世界中丰富的光源刺激，可以促进脑部发育。所以相对于看电视，尽量多的带孩子去户外不同的环境去感受和观察大自然，这样更有助于孩子身心发展。

合理的使用电子产品对儿童健康发展是有益的。使用电子产品的同时要保持更多的户外活动时间。然而，作为家长应该要给孩子树立好榜样，来进一步鼓励孩子多参与户外活动，因为我们使用电子设备会影响他们如何使用它们.。

How to Use Electronics Responsibly

Electronics have taken essential roles in our daily lives. They are used for endless purposes. Some parents even use electronic devices to help raise their children. These products are not all bad, but wise and limited use is important for healthy child development.

Most people have busy lives. When parents do not have time to pay attention to their child, many will give their child an electronic device so that they will remain occupied. Cell phones, TVs, tablets, and computers have become the modern play mate. It is not necessarily bad to allow children to use electronic devices, but the amount of time and content makes a big difference.

Watching TV does have some benefits if carefully monitored. Parents should allow a consistently specific amount of time for their child to watch TV and make sure it is a good quality show. The vibrant colors on the TV will stimulate the child's vision, which can improve their aesthetic and visual sensitivity. However, more time should be spent in nature than in front of a screen.

Exposure to natural light promotes healthy brain development. Therefore, it is better for children to spend more time playing outside than they do using an electronic device. As they observe and interact with nature their physical and mental development will improve.

The best combination for healthy child development is a reasonable arrangement to use electronics while maintaining regular outside time. However, as parents we can further encourage this process by setting good examples for our children. Our use of electronic devices influences how they will use them.
