幼儿园小班幼儿生活卫生习惯常规养成的研究 幼儿园小班幼儿生活卫生习惯常规养成的研究 摘要 幼儿期是幼儿养成良好习惯的关键期。良好生活卫生习惯的养成,有利于幼儿身心健康成长。本研究围绕幼儿园小班幼儿卫生习惯常规养成状况及常规要求，幼儿园小班幼儿卫生习惯常规养成途径及方法等问题，采用观察、访谈等研究方法，对实习所在幼儿园的小班生活卫生习惯养成进行了探索。研究发现，幼儿园小班幼儿生活卫生习惯常规养成状况总体较好，相对而言幼儿饮食习惯和用眼卫生习惯的养成要弱一些；幼儿园生活卫生常规要求具体、细致，但其常规要求也存在不合理的地方，幼儿生活与卫生习惯常规养成个体差异明显；教师更重视个人卫生方面的常规养成教育，在常规养成方法和形式方面，使用随机教育和说教最为频繁。建议幼儿园组织教师加强对《3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南》的学习，根据《3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南》和幼儿园实际情况对常规要求进行调整；尊重幼儿的个体差异，注重对幼儿进行个别指导；均衡幼儿生活卫生习惯常规养成中各方面的教育频率；加强对教师的培训，开展教研活动，提高教师开展生活卫生习惯常规养成的能力。 关键词：生活卫生习惯；常规；养成教育 A study on the routine cultivation of childrens living habits and health habits in the kindergarten Abstract Early childhood is a key period for children to develop good habits. Good living habits of health, is conducive to the growth of physical and mental health of children. The research around the kindergarten children in small classes of health habits conventional cultivation conditions and regulatory requirements, kindergarten children in small classes of health habits develop a regular ways and methods, using observation, interviews and other research methods, the practice where the kindergarten class health habits of life to develop, the exploration. Study found that kindergarten children in small classes the life sanitary habit of conventional cultivation condition is good as a whole. Relatively speaking childrens eating habits and eye health habits develop to some of the weak; kindergarten life health routine requires specific and detailed, but there are not reasonable in the general requirements, obvious individual differences in the conventional form of infant life and health habits; teachers pay more attention to personal hygiene, develop a regular education, in conventional cultivation methods and forms, random education, and preaching is the most frequent use.
