山东建筑大学硕士学位论文The 山东建筑大学硕士学位论文 The Study of Old Building Reconstruction and Optimization Design Based on the Users’Special Needs Liu Liqun(Architeceure design and theory) Directed by Wang Ru The old buildings in the city have the possibility of continue to use by the way of reconstruction because of its value in history，use，and economy．In the process of urban renewal，ordinary old buildings didn’t get reasonable reuse under the stimulus of the huge ∞∞伽1Ic interest，，tIley were demolished to built new buildings．Those new buildings showed the new image ofthe city，but,at the same time,facing，architects and urban managers begin to consider that whether this way is reasonable because of the similar urban landscape of the city and disappearing of traditional culture and symbols．In fact,this kind of development model exposed many problems，waste of resources，environmental pollution，ecological crisis．ecological fault 地r reviewing the pros and cons of new and old buildings，reformation of ordinary old buildings get people’S attention．How to reform ordinary old buildings in the city in order to realize recycling is the current important problems need to be solved． With the development of era and the rising of people’S living standard the old buildings are difficult to deal with people。S needs in the functional adaptability,comfort，construction equipment，barrier-free design，interior decoration，etc．Old buildings have great contrast诵m people’S expectation for modern life in the space environment quality,facility,detail design and especially in terms of accessible design．Both the shortcomings of design and management are the main reasons，no matter which one is more important，whether tlley ale suitable is the focus of people’S attention they also influence public participation ofpeople in soeial life． This paper studies the topic of old buildings renovation and users special requirements’ fusion based on the users special needs．The article summarizes the relevant theoretical r
