我国居民生活碳排放的时空分解和不平等性分析

运用LMDI模型与Theil指数方法,分别对2005—2017年间我国八大区域代表性省份的城乡居民生活碳排放进行综合分析。首先对各省份的人均碳排放进行基于时间序列的LMDI分解分析,结果表明:收入水平、城镇化主要对该指标具有正向效益,而能源价格与碳排放系数主要起逆向作用。其次,运用Theil指数测算地区间、地区内居民碳排放的空间不平等性,发现地区间差异起主导作用。针对两类空间差异,建立指数分解模型,结果表明:能源结构、能源强度、人均收入是形成地区间人均碳排放差异的主要因子,影响地区内城乡间人均碳排放差异的关键因素是人均收入。最后,通过中国内地、中国香港、美国的人均用电量对比,推断出中国内地居民的生活能耗及相关碳排放存有很大上升空间。

Abstract

Using the LMDI model and Theil index method,a comprehensive analysis of the carbon emissions of urban and rural residents in China's eight regional representative provinces from 2005 to 2017 was carried out. First,the temporal LMDI decomposition analysis of the per capita carbon emissions of each province is carried out. The results show that the income level and urbanization mainly have a positive effect on this indicator,while energy prices and carbon emission coefficients mainly play a negative role. Secondly,the Theil index is used to measure the spatial inequality of carbon emissions among and within regions,and it is found that regional differences play a leading role. Aiming at the two types of spatial differences,an exponential decomposition model is established. The results show that energy structure,energy intensity,and per capita income are the main factors that form the difference in per capita carbon emissions between regions. The key factor affecting the difference in per capita carbon emissions between urban and rural areas is per capita income. Finally,by comparing the per capita electricity consumption of Mainland China,Hong Kong China,and the United States,it is inferred that there is a lot of room for growth in the energy consumption and related carbon emissions of residents in Mainland China.
