摘要：

学科竞赛是培养大学生创新思维意识的有效途径，对培养和提高学生的创新思维和实践能力具有重要的作用。以“全国大学生节能减排社会实践与科技竞赛”的参赛历程为例，以本科参赛者的视角，从竞赛背景、团队建设、竞赛选题、实施过程、感悟等几个方面介绍如何通过参加节能减排竞赛进行创新思维与实践能力的培养和训练。

Abstract:

Participation in academic competition is an effective way to cultivate undergraduates' innovative thinking consciousness. It plays a very important role in cultivating and improving students' innovative thinking ability and practical ability. From the aspect of the undergraduates, this paper introduces the training of their innovative thinking and practical ability through participation in "national university student social practice and science contest on energy saving and emission reduction". The background of the competition, team building, determination of the topic, implementation process and perception of the students are introduced.
