1 不同地区间经济水平差距大 Large Gap of Economic Development Between Different Areas 不同区域、不同城市之间，家庭/社区应急救灾物资储备的情况差异很大，中国的东部及东南部较为发达的城市的家庭/社区应急救灾物资储备情况普遍好于中西部城市。由于经济实力的差距，中西部居民们关注的更多是生计问题，对社区公共应急事业关注度较低，对于家庭应急救灾物资储备也不够重视。同时，即使在同一个城市中，老旧社区与新社区亦存在较大差距，另外，城市社区与农村社区的应急救灾物资储备情况差距也较大，这些问题都亟待解决。 中国家庭/社区应急救灾物资储备存在的主要问题及经验 Summary of Household/Community Emergency Supplies Reserves in China Household/community emergency supplies reserves situations are very diversified in different areas and cities.
