集中空调管道自动清洁机器人设计 [摘要] 本文主要介绍了集中空调管道自动清洁机器人的设计分析与计算。中央空调管道清洁机器人主要是为替代人工工作，用于清洗黑暗、潮湿、结构复杂、人力无法触及的中央空调通风管道的清洗。本设计机器人不仅能完成水平矩形管道的清洗，而且能实现垂直管道的清洗。本次设计采用模块化的设计方法，把机器人分为三大主要模块：行走载体、撑紧机构与机械手分别设计，然后把各模块组装在一起。在各模块的设计中，充分考虑了机器人在管道中可能遇到的各种情况，使得机器人具有良好的管道适应性。同时，在本设计中，还为该机器人设计了一套自动控制伺服系统，使得该机器人具有一定的实时状态监控和故障诊断功能。 [关键词] 集中空调管道 行走载体 模块 伺服系统 The designing of the equipment for the cleaning of the concentrated air condition piping [Abstract] This paper mainly introduces the designing analysis and calculations of the robot for the cleaning of the concentrated air condition piping. This robot is developed on the purpose of being used for ,in place of artificial working,the cleaning of the concentrated air condition piping,which is dark, damp, complicated structured and cant be touched by manpower. This robot not only can accomplish the cleaning of the level rectangle piping , but also the cleaning of the perpendicular piping.The robot is divided into three main parts:the running chassis,the pressing part and the manipulator, which are designed respectively, and then assembled together. In the designing of the each mold, various circumstances the robot may meet in the piping are taken account of ,thus the robot have the good piping adaptability. At the same time, a set of automatic control servo system is designed for this robot,thus the robot has the function of real-time condition monitoring and fault diagnosis.
