旅客出行时间节省价值的研究摘要 旅客出行时间节省价值的研究 摘要 时间也是一种资源，既然是资源那就存在价值。旅客出行需要占用时间，所以旅 客出行也就存在时间价值的问题。而出行的时间可长可短，旅客出行时间的节省也就 为出行者节省了价值。 旅客时间价值可分为资源价值和行为价值。旅客时间的资源价值是从全社会角度 评价时间的价值，主要用于交通运输投资项目评价；站在旅客的角度，旅客时间的行 为价值，即出行者选择某种交通方式而自然表现出来的价值，是交通运输项目作用于 个人所产生的可以感知的效益，通过分析出行者行为来揭示，可用于交通方式的分担 率分析与预测。时间与出行行为与许多经济方面与非经济方面的因素有内在联系，计 算起来比较困难，国内外这方面的研究还不多。 本文首先对时间节省价值作了定义，并与人们熟知的时间价值迸行区分界定；接 着分析了时间节省价值的影响因素。时间节省价值因个体不同、个人当时所处的境况 不同差异很大，受到个人收入、出行目的、出行距离、交通方式、出行时间、交通服 务质量、出行者类型、出行地区等因素的影响。而时间节省价值估算的方法大概可以 归纳为两大类：一类是直接估算方法，有生产法、收入法、费用法、收入——费用法 和生产——费用法等；另一类是间接估算方法，有显示偏好分析法和陈述偏好分析法。 接着从供求关系的角度对旅客出行方式的选择作了分析。然后论述了时间节省价值的 测算原理和方法。最后从几个有关的角度对交通项目的投资建设提出了一些建议。 关键字： 出行时间节省价值，测算，交通项目，评估 旅客出行时间节省价值的研究ABSTRACT 旅客出行时间节省价值的研究 ABSTRACT Time，which iS valuable，jS a kind of resource as well．Passenger’S iourney takes time；therefore。it concerns the issue of time value．Time journey can be long or short，the saving in passengers’travel—time saves value for passengers． Value of travel-time can be divided into value of resources and value of actions。The resource value of travel-time represents the one of evaluating time from the pempective of society,which iS mainly utilized for the evaluation of lraffic project’S investment：however the action value of travel-time。a kind of value displayed through passenger’S choice of certain travef mode．iS a kind of perceptible value due to t阳ffiC Projects’effect on individuals．1t iS revealed through the analysis of passengers’actions and can be applied to the analysis and predictions of travel410W．S-inca travel-time and traveI actions are closely related to a variety of economic and non-economic factors，they are difficult to calculate．Research at home and abroad sees Iittle progress in this field． Firstly,this thesis makes a definition of the value of travel—time’S saving(＼厂TTS)and distinguishes it from the value of time familiar to US． Secondly,this thesis makes an analysis of the infiuentiaI factors on the value of time’S saving．VTTSvadesgreatlywithindividualsand conditions，
