Abstract:　“Low-carbon Economy” is a common choice of the world economic development today. As a high energy consuming country, we need to start from the inherent law of energy saving and emission reduction and the low-carbon development, to innovative thinking, change idea, know correctly and speed up the low-carbon agriculture. Humic acid microbial organic fertilizers are the inevitable choice of developing low-carbon agriculture.
