摘要

智能楼宇系统是运用计算机、通讯等多方面技术来实现照明、报警、电力、办公设备的统一化智能管理。随着中国经济的快速发展，高层建筑如雨后春笋般涌现出来，而楼宇管理系统并没有跟着发展起来，仍是倚靠旧时的方法，这与现代化都市的理念大相径庭。在这种情况下，我们提出了智能建筑的概念，并逐渐被了解，接受和使用。相信在不久的之后，我们就会领略到智能楼宇技术在我们日常生活中扮演越来越重要的作用。在中国房地产业不断蓬勃发展的巨大背景之下，智能楼宇系统近年来在中国的发展越来越快速。目前推动21世纪经济发展的主要力量是信息、智能和新材料技术。其中的智能化技术在电梯系统、照明系统、门禁系统拥有极大的发展空间。电梯是机械和电气相结合的大型特种机器。机与电的高度合一，使电梯成了现代科学技术的综合产品。智能照明相比较普通照明确实能够实现安全，节能，便捷，高效的目的,可用来实现照明软启动、一键式调光变光、灯光模式转换、点对点遥控及分区灯光照明管理。随着智能照明研发的技术开发和产品推广力度的不断增加，智能家居照明领域的应用有望成为热门话题。门禁系统不仅仅是简单的钥匙管理系统，它将在工作和人事安全方面将发挥越来越重要的作用。

Intelligent lighting compared to general lighting can indeed achieve safe, energy-saving, convenient and efficient purpose, can be used to achieve the lighting soft-start, one-button dimmer dimmer, lighting mode conversion, point the remote control and lighting management district. With the increasing development of intelligent lighting technology development and product promotion efforts, the application of intelligent home lighting in the area is expected to become a hot topic.
