摘要:随着人们生活质量的改善,热舒适度的提高,建筑能耗所占比例还将明显地提升。如何在建筑设计中更好地利用自然能源,提高建筑的能源利用效率,则是建筑师需要探讨的课题。本文从建筑方案设计的角度出发,归纳了四种节能措施,指出运用新型技术,开拓更广阔的节能途径,才能使建筑中的能耗降得相对较低。

0 引言
建筑能耗指建筑使用能耗,其中包括采暖、空调、通风、热水、炊事、照明、家用电器、电梯和建筑有关设备等方面能耗,%。在国家构建节约型社会的背景下,如何在建筑中贯彻节能思想,不仅符合国家节能减排的要求,还是建筑设计可持续发展的要求,更是构建和谐社会的要求。而从建筑方案设计的角度来说,可以从下文几个方面考虑。
1 整体规划
在进行建筑整体的规划设计时,应先全面了解建筑所在位置的气候条件,首先考虑建筑物所在地的气候特征进行设计,因此,节能建筑必须适应其本地气候特征。
⑴建筑物应尽量采用南北朝向布置。否则,将可能为加强建筑围护结构的保温隔热性能而增大建筑成本。
⑵建筑群之间和建筑物室内,要有良好的自然通风。
