2022年8月5日至6日，第八届「CREDAWARD地产设计大奖·中国」金银奖逐鹿演讲在线上顺利举行，近400位来自中国大陆、中国香港、中国台湾、美国、英国、德国、意大利、新加坡、日本、泰国等国家和地区的项目主创角逐年度金银奖。

在激烈的全球竞争中，第八届「CREDAWARD地产设计大奖·中国」优秀奖获奖率31.07%，银奖获奖率4.66%，金奖获奖率4.51%。

8TH CREDAWARD Gold and Silver Award Online Competition Presentation has been successfully held on August 5th to 6th, 2022. Nearly 400 chief designers from Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, China, America, the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Singapore, Japan, Thailand and other countries and regions competed for the annual gold and silver awards. In the fierce global competition, the rate of Merit Award of 8TH CREDAWARD is only 31.07%, the silver award winning rate is 4.66%, and the gold award winning rate is 4.51%.

创新斗室 - 全港首幢采用创新的「组装合成」建筑法兴建的高层建筑。楼高17层，为香港科学园的本地及海外科创人才和初创企业提供392个设备齐全的房间和511个宿位。通过汇聚志同道合的人，创新斗室契合了科学园「Work. Live. Play. Learn」的创科文化，是创新二字的完美缩影。设计上结合美学和功能，通过创新协作空间和科技展示智能生活和共同创造的现代理念。绿色生活和开放式小区空间巧妙融合是项目的重点，有效促进健康的生活方式，增强小区凝聚力。

InnoCell is a 17-storey building offering 392 fully furnished residential units and 511 bed spaces to local and overseas incubatees from Hong Kong Science Park. InnoCell brings together like-minded people and offers a perfect epitome of the innovation in line with the Science Park’s culture of ‘Work. Live. Play. Learn’. InnoCell, combing aesthetics and functionality, also provides a vibrant community which demonstrates modern concepts of smart living and co-creation by creatively designed shared working spaces and ancillary facilities. The green spaces and open communal spaces are incorporated specifically for the wellness and enjoyment of the residents, facilitating a healthy lifestyle and social cohesion. InnoCell is a ground-breaking project which for the first time in Hong Kong, utilizes Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) techniques for the high-rise main accommodation spaces.

未来之光，作为TOD开发模式之下的复合型城市作品，在轨交体系之上，项目实现了在步行范围内建立集工作、商业、文化、教育、居住、休闲于一体的空间生活。建筑师将社区的丰富性与趣味性不再单单局限于某一特定的建筑类型的立面冲击或自身材料的感官刺激。以建筑为载体，利用光、影、色的基本特性，创造良好的光环境。用”光”来界定建筑，创造自由的、超出想象的空间，表现出自由多元的感受及凹凸的质感。项目将街区与国际化、居住、休闲、娱乐、商务等组合在一起，把人们从传统的封闭围合式居家中引导出来，提供更适宜居住的标准。

HALOPLAZA, as a city complex under TOD mode, has built a space integrating work, commerce, culture, education, residence and leisure within the walking distance. Architects no longer limit the richness and interest of the community to the facade impact of a specific building or the sensory stimulation of materials, but take the building as the carrier and use the basic characteristics of light, shadow and color to create a good light environment. The project combines the block with all kinds of living activities, providing a more livable standard out of the traditional enclosed home.

阳光城 | 天澜道11号

PARK AVE

场地坐临朝天门大桥西侧桥头，30m高的半山之上。场地四周被绿植围裹，建筑融于环境之中，场地氛围既拥有CBD的轻奢优雅，又平添一份闲暇野趣。全视角的江景映入眼帘，营造随时与自然对话的惬意山居。

The site is located at the west end of Chaotianmen bridge, 30m half way up a mountain. The site is surrounded with green plants, and architectures are sitting into the environment. The site enjoys not only the light luxury and elegance of CBD, but also adds leisure and wild interest. A panoramic view of the river comes into sight, creating a comfortable mountain residence where you can communicate with nature at any moment.
